If you set up Amazon Pay frequently, here is a summary to serve as a cheatsheet:

• Install and deploy plugin (preferably in a test plugin set).
• Transfer credentials from Sellercentral
• Enable payment methods for customer classes and shipping profiles
• Set up IPN (https://www.domain.com/payment/amazon-pay-ipn/, sandbox and live)
• Create container links (Attention: Not only default links)
• Set up event procedures
